i|SITE can be accessed in the Microsoft Edge browser in IE compatibility mode.
This can be enabled by either:
1. Changing settings within individual Edge browsers which will require resetting every 30 days.
The steps to achieve this are:
(a) Open Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.
(b) Click the Settings and More (ellipsis) button on the top-right corner.
(c) Select the Settings option.
(d) Click on Default browser.
(e) Under the “Internet Explorer compatibility” section, turn on the “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” toggle switch.
(f) Below click “add” and copy in the following URL and then click “add”.(https://isite.bankofscotland.co.uk)
(g) Click the Restart button
2. At a companywide level which will update all edge browsers and apply no time limit.
The steps to achieve this are:
(a) Create or reuse a Site List XML,
All sites that have the element IE11 will now open in IE mode.
(b) Open Group Policy Editor.
(c) Click User Configuration/Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates >Windows Component> Microsoft Edge.
(d) Double-click Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List.
(e) Select Enabled.
(f) Under Options, type the location (URL) of iSITE website.
